Oasis frente al mar, condominio de lujo, restaurantes de primera clase

Upside: This condo is in a great location, easy to walk to 5th Ave shops/restos. Owner/manager easy to communicate with. Downside: Big one; it’s noisy out there. The main bedroom is overlooking the harbour on one side but a very busy intersection on the other. It’s on a hospital route so hear many sirens 24 hours a day. A bar across the street adds to the noise factor. This could be remedied to a great extent by putting in “airport” windows/glass. Also, the gym is tiny. Owner indicated that the clubhouse will be undergoing renovations soon.

The condo was clean, well maintained, well decorated, and the location was excellent. We went to all of the restaurants and bars in the development, walked to 5th Ave several times, and walked to the beach. The pools were very convenient and quiet. The included pain g was also convenient. It was exactly as advertised.

The condo is nice but very noisy in the master bedroom and patio. Loud traffic and planes flying directly above in and out of Naples airport. The pool is on the same side and extremely noisy as well. We did love the location being able to walk to various restaurants and bars. Beach is a short car ride or very long walk. No complimentary coffee. We were left with 1 packet of sugar, 1 laundry detergent pod, 1/2 roll of paper towels, and not enough toilet paper to get us through 3 nights. When we called the management company, they told us that they just start us of with a limited amount and expect the guest to get more when needed. All of the frying pans had scratched up Teflon flaking off. Water pressure in the master bedroom was so low, you could hardly wash your face in the sink.

Beautiful Condo with a great balcony that overlooks the marina. Absolutely perfect location. The Unit was much larger than we expected and equipped with everything. Very impressed on how well maintained and Chris, the property manager was super to work with. Hope to return…Our best Naples experience so far.
