This property has Incredible view, very comfortable accommodations, 5 minutes to downtown, and 5 star owner communication. Would highly recommend this listing.

Enjoyed the stay. two years in a row. Had a slow drain and the owner jumped right on it. Only complaint is curtains let in too much early morning light...hard to sleep.

First impressions were excellent, starting with how clean the property was. The view of Little Rock from the balconies was beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat. Despite being in a fairly densely populated area, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient to various parts of the city, though having a car or using Uber will be necessary to get around. Check in was easy. Chris was prompt in response to questions and offered recommendations if needed.
