Lakefront Retreat in Hot Springs Village

Super home for a family reunion!! The common areas were spacious and set up beautifully for my family to gather!!Chris was very helpful when we had questions and response time was amazing!!!

Awesome place. Lots of space. 14 people can very comfortably stay. Beautiful house. Large decks perfect for hanging out.

Rented this house for a major birthday milestone for my mother/family vacation and it was ruined by the condition of this property.  1. Within 30 minutes of being there we found the theater room didn't work and messaged to have it serviced.  To their credit someone came out fast, was very nice and changed the bulb in the projector in about an hour.  2. The next night we planned a BIG dinner for my mom's birthday at the gazebo by the dock (the reason we rented the house) and the stove wouldn't work and neither did the lights on the dock/gazebo.  Once again we sent a message and someone was sent out.  Turns out some of the pans provided don't work with the induction stove, and she never found how to turn the lights on so we ended up cancelling our birthday dinner.  3. While looking for the breaker to control the dock lights we found the garage under the guest rooms was full of BLACK MOLD!  Some of the sheetrock had been replaced and then mold grew on it again, so clearly they didn't fix the problem, they just tried to cover it.4. So many other things were wrong: Rusted/paint peeling table on the deck, broken TV mounts in several bedrooms, like someone ripped the TVs off the wall, the fridge leaked water every time it was opened and we had to leave a towel on the floor so people didn't slip..I messaged the rental company multiple times a day about these issues, which ruined my vacation. Afterwards messaged trying to find a mutually agreeable solution and was ghosted.

Great house. Even better host.
