Modern Home w/Sunroom Office & Pet-Friendly Yard

Great location and plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely rent this again. We were in town for family wedding and it worked perfect for everyone trying to get ready for all the festivities.

The house was clean and appliances were new. The location is a corner lot on a busy street(not good for kids) and apartment buildings all around so it was a bit noisy. The primary and the bedroom right next to the primary does not cool properly. The primary bathroom was very hot, would not cool down. The main part of the house stayed at 70 but the primary stayed at 75 or higher. The rest of the house stays cool. The back yard is very dark in the evening. Parking was good.

I booked this property to accommodate 5 adult members of my family while visiting Little Rock. The property was clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Though spacious, the property is warm, inviting, and cozy. My personal favorite feature was all the ADA compliance which ensured the accessibility and comfort of ALL my family, including an amputee. The host(s) were attentive and assisted us throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located in a neighborhood close to many amenities such a shopping, restaurants, the zoo, and the highway. I would definitely recommend this location to travelers.

The house was very nice, well appointed and clean. However, the traffic noise there at night is almost unbearable. I’m not sure what they could do to mitigate the noise.

The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in west little rock.
